At Marcus & Millichap, he honed his skills in investment sales, property valuation, and strategic negotiation, working closely with seasoned industry veterans. This foundational experience shaped his disciplined approach, deep market expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients.

After his successful tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Arnaldo played a pivotal role in launching and building Barlington Group Real Estate Services, significantly expanding its brokerage footprint. Today, as the founder and principal of C-3 Commercial Real Estate Advisory, Arnaldo combines seasoned expertise with innovative approaches—leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven strategies—to help clients maximize their commercial real estate investments.
