WAL-MART NEIGHBORHOOD – SILVER PALMS

Arnaldo Cantero III of C-3 represented the Landlord of a 10 acre retail development site located in Silver Palms, FL. C-3 was able to negotiate a 5-acre ground lease deal to WalMart Neighborhood

90SW8 BRICKELL 90 SW 8 STREET, MIAMI, FL

Arnaldo Cantero III of C-3 represented the Seller, and the original Buyer on this transaction. The original Buyer planned a 45,000 RSF re-position of the existing building on the site. C-3 was able to prelease the entire building during the due diligence period, to such tenants as Target, TMobile, and Walgreens

CHIPOTLE- 8559 PINES BLVD, PEMBROKE PINES, FL 33024

Arnaldo Cantero III of C-3 represented the developer group on this vacant QSR site, after representing the same group on the purchase of the site. The building was purchased for $2.5M, and sold two years later for $4.6M.

Arnaldo Cantero III of C-3 represented The Kroenke Group on this vacant Burger King site. After bringing over 5 offers from national tenants, the LL decided to lease it to Starbucks, who opened in 2024.

Arnaldo Cantero III of C-3 represented the Landlord on this vacant dry cleaner site. After bringing over 3 offers from national tenants, the LL decided to lease it to Bank United on a ground lease.

Arnaldo Cantero III of C-3 represented the ownership group on this vacant 15,000 RSF Walgreens site in Miami, FL. After bringing over 5 offers from national tenants, the LL decided to lease it to Planet Fitness
